Terms of service

1. The service

tiny telematic is a VPN service provided through a Telegram bot (@tiny_telematic_bot). Your account is your Telegram account; the subscription link is your personal key.

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the servers running and test connection methods constantly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every site opens on every network: blocking by providers and countries is outside our control.

To keep the service running we may change servers, countries and protocols. The current list is always in your app.

2. What is prohibited

• using the service for illegal activity;
• torrents and other peer-to-peer file sharing — technically blocked on the servers;
• sending spam (the mail-sending port is closed), attacks, scanning, unauthorized access to other people's systems;
• publishing the subscription link publicly, selling it or handing it out to others.

If the rules are broken, we may restrict or block access without warning.

3. Trial and payment

• New users get a free 30-day trial. It needs no payment details.
• The subscription is 90 Telegram Stars per 30 days. Payment is made in the bot; there are no automatic charges.
• We may change the price; a change doesn't affect a period already paid for.
• Paid periods are not refunded; payment errors are fixed — see the refund policy.

4. Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and your subscription link. If you think the link has fallen into someone else's hands, write to us — we'll issue a new one.

You are responsible for what you do with the service and for following the rules of the country you're in.

5. Data

What data we keep is in the privacy policy.

6. Changes and contact

If the terms change, we'll update this page and announce important changes in the bot. Questions go to support.
