How to reach us
Open the bot → “🛠️ Support” → “🎫 Create ticket”. Describe the problem briefly: the ticket comes to us and you get the answer in the bot. Your tickets are under “📋 My tickets”.
So we can fix it fast
Connection problems are usually caused by the network or the device. If you include these right away, we'll most likely solve it in the first message:
- Internet provider or mobile carrier, and the country you're in.
- Device and app: e.g. “iPhone 13, INCY” or “Windows 11, Happ”.
- The server you picked — as it's named in the list in the app.
- What exactly happens: the VPN won't turn on, it turns on but sites don't open, or one specific app doesn't work?
- A screenshot, if you have one.
