Install INCY from Google Play, add the subscription and connect. No Google Play? There's an APK file.
Tap “Connect” in the bot: the setup page recognizes your phone, suggests INCY and adds the subscription in one tap. The steps below are for manual setup.
- Install INCY Install it from Google Play. The app is free. If Google Play doesn't work, download the APK file and open it; if the phone asks to allow installs from unknown sources, allow it for this file.
- Copy the subscription link In the bot, open “📱 Subscription” and tap the long link — it gets copied.
- Add it to INCY Open INCY and choose “Paste” or “Paste from clipboard”. In a couple of seconds the server list appears.
- Connect Pick a server and tap the big connect button. On the first connection the phone asks for VPN permission — tap “Allow”. A key icon appears in the status bar: you're done.

The VPN won't turn on
You tap the connect button and nothing happens, the connection drops at once, or the phone never asks for permission. Usually there's one reason: another VPN app is installed and Android has locked the VPN to it. Android runs only one VPN at a time.
If you're currently using another VPN, don't turn it off until the subscription shows up in INCY — otherwise you may lose access to the bot.
- Open the phone “Settings” and search for “VPN”.
- Open the VPN item. It's usually under “Network & internet” or “Connections”; the name differs from phone to phone.
- Find the app that has taken over the VPN and turn off “Always-on VPN” and “Block connections without VPN” if they're on.
- Go back to INCY and tap the connect button. The phone asks for permission — “Allow”.
If you no longer need the old VPN, uninstall it. Want the VPN to turn on by itself? Turn on “Always-on VPN” for INCY instead.
Connected, but sites don't open
Pick another server from the list. Still stuck — write to us: phone model, internet provider or carrier, the server you picked, and what exactly happens. A screenshot of the VPN list in settings helps a lot.
