Refund policy
In short: no refunds, because you use the service free for 30 days first. You pay once you've seen it works on your network.
Why there are no refunds
That's what the free trial is for: 30 days with all servers, all protocols and all your devices — no card, no payment details. If it doesn't work for you, you pay nothing; the trial simply ends.
A subscription pays for a service you've already seen working. So Stars paid for a period are not refunded.
Payment errors are always fixed
- Stars were deducted but no subscription or balance arrived;
- a technical error made you pay twice —
don't pay again, write to us with the approximate time of payment. We'll find it and credit it to your balance manually.
Stars don't turn into money
Under Telegram's rules, Stars can't be exchanged for money or withdrawn to a card. Buy as many as you plan to spend.
