Privacy policy
In short: we don't ask for a card, email or phone. What we keep and why is below, in full.
What data we see
Your Telegram account
When you use the bot, Telegram passes us your numeric ID, username, profile name and language. That is your account: we don't ask for a separate sign-up, email or phone.
Subscription and payments
The status and term of your subscription, your balance, your Star payments (amount and time), and how much traffic you used. You buy Stars from Telegram, so we never see your card, name or address.
Connection logs on the servers
When you connect to the VPN, the servers record: the IP address you connect from, the time, the address you connect to (a site or an IP), and which subscription the connection belongs to. When your app updates the server list, the IP address and the app's name are recorded.
Why: to stop abuse (torrents, spam, attacks), to troubleshoot connection problems, and to see whether servers are being blocked. We don't see page contents, messages or passwords: most connections are encrypted anyway (HTTPS), we only see where a connection goes.
Connection logs are kept for a short time and deleted automatically.
Aggregate statistics
To watch the health of the service we keep aggregate numbers: users online, traffic per server, whether connection methods work. These charts contain no names or Telegram IDs.
Who we share with
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. The data lives only here:
- Our servers — rented in different countries. The providers own the machines but don't process our service's data.
- Telegram — the bot and Star payments run through Telegram; its own privacy policy applies.
- Authorities — only upon a legally binding request under the law of the country where the server is, and only the data we have.
Backups
To restore the service after a failure, we make an unencrypted backup of the bot and management databases every night and keep the last 14 days. The backups are on our own servers.
Your rights
- Deletion: write to us — we'll delete your account, your records in the bot and your subscription. Connection logs and backups are deleted when their term runs out.
- Access: you can ask what we keep about you — we'll send a short summary.
Requests go through support.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and announce important changes in the bot.
