On Windows the link is added by copying
On Windows the browser can't open INCY directly, so the setup page shows “Copy link” instead of “Add subscription”. The steps are the same: copy, then press “+” in INCY.
- Install INCY Download the installer, run it and keep clicking “Next”. If Windows says “Windows protected your PC” or “Unknown publisher”, that's normal for apps outside the store: click “More info”, then “Run anyway”.
- Copy the subscription link In the bot (in Telegram Desktop or on your phone), open “📱 Subscription” and copy the long link. If you copied it on your phone, send it somewhere you can open on the computer — for example, to “Saved Messages” in Telegram.
- Add it to INCY Open INCY and press the “+” button on the main screen — the subscription is added from the clipboard and the server list appears.
- Connect Pick a server and click the connect button. On first launch the system may ask for permission — confirm.

The clipboard is empty or the link was copied only partly. Copy the link again and press “+” right away.
The antivirus blocks the installer
Some antiviruses treat VPN apps from outside the store as suspicious. Download the file only from the link on this page; if it's still blocked, allow this file in the antivirus or try Happ.
Connected, but sites don't open
Pick another server from the list. Still stuck — write to us: your provider, the server you picked, and what exactly doesn't open.
